About Max Franks
I’m a proud Air Force and Navy dad with four sons, a granddaughter, a grandson, and another grandchild on the way.
I’ve worked in the mortgage industry since the late ’90s, starting as the “fax boy” at Bank of America Wholesale in Pleasant Hill, California. Over the years, I’ve held various support and customer service roles across wholesale and retail lenders before becoming an Account Executive at Parkside Lending in 2017.
After transitioning into loan origination in 2019—under the mentorship of Marine veteran Christopher Griffith—I discovered my true calling: serving Veterans.
Since then, I’ve worked with UMortgage, Be My Neighbor (later realpha), and now I’m proud to be part of a powerhouse team with Brandi Alongi, Dani Reilman, Jerry Avila, and LeRoy Romero.
I’m genuinely grateful for this opportunity and excited about what we can achieve together for our Veteran community.
