Marcus has been married nearly 30 years with his wife Sandra. Together raising 3 amazing children, Miranda, Marcus Adam and Ryan and now enjoying two beautiful grandchildren in their hometown of Tucson, Arizona. Since 1990 Marcus Hinojosa has served his communities with exceptional customer service in the home mortgage industry. His career began in California working for a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker where coaching and high touch customer service was the foundation of every deal. In the beginning of Marcus’ mortgage career, he specialized in serving first-time homebuyers with emphasis in manual underwriting requirements for FHA and VA homebuyers. Over the past 30 years, Marcus used his mortgage and real estate experiences as a self-taught real estate investor. Today, he shares his knowledge to new and seasoned real estate investors to scale their residential and multi-family rental portfolios from 1 unit to 100 units.
